Bio

Dr. Steen earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular, cellular and developmental biology at the University of Colorado at Boulder and his medical degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. He completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, and a fellowship in surgical oncology at the John Wayne Cancer Institute, Santa Monica, CA.

Currently, he is in the private practice of general surgery and surgical oncology in Thousand Oaks, CA.
