Bio
Dr. Massa earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency at the University of Virginia Health System. Prior to entering medical school he served in the United States Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Captain.
Dr. Massa has been practicing psychiatry for more than 20 years. He served as the crisis physician for the Illinois Crisis Prevention Network, managing and treating patients in need of immediate stabilization. He also served as a staff psychiatrist for the Riverside County Department of Mental Health in Riverside, CA. He recently volunteered overseas in the Middle East, providing treatment to the refugees from the Syrian civil war.
