Dr. Gandotra earned both her medical and undergraduate degrees from the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College And Hospital in Bangalore, India. After moving to the United States, she completed her residency in internal medicine at both the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Clara, CA. She then completed fellowships in nephrology and renal transplantation at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange, CA and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. She currently is in private practice in Orange County, CA, where she both treats patients and oversees operations at both a chronic kidney disease and dialysis clinic. She is a Fellow of both the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians.
