Bio

Dr. Rosario earned his bachelor's degree from Wabash College, Crawfordsville, IN, and an osteopathic medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago. He completed an internship and residency in the combined program of physical medicine and rehabilitation and internal medicine at the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago. He served as Director of the inpatient stroke unit at the Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Park, IL.

For the past decade, Dr. Rosario has practiced in Southern California, and provides rehabilitation services for several hospitals in the greater Long Beach area.
