Dr. Joseph received his medical education at The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, University of Madras, India. Following basic training in surgery, he moved to the U.S. and completed his Internship in Surgery at Harbor General Hospital in Baltimore, M.D. and completed a Residency in Surgery at The Jules Stein Eye Institute, University of California at Los Angeles.
