Dr. Aronowitz is a graduate of the prestigious accelerated medical degree program at the Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, TX. He completed an internship and residency (in general surgery and plastic surgery) at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals, also in Houston.
Since 1987, he has been in the private practice specializing in plastic surgery with an emphasis on wound care and stem cell therapy.
From 2000 to 2010, Dr. Aronowitz served as the Chief, Division of Plastic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He founded the Breast Preservation Foundation in 2009.
