Subsequently, he had his Residency in General surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA and his Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO. He had a five month long special training in Aesthetic & Endoscopic surgery and in Breast Reconstructive surgery at University of Alabama, Birmingham, AL.

Over the last 20 years, Dr. Grossman has been in private practice in West Hills, CA and he has also been the Director of Grossman Burn Centers located in multiple locations in the US.
