Dr. Farmer is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. She has completed fellowship training in Integrative Medicine at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil. Dr. Farmer was a Fellow in the Duke University Integrative Medicine Leadership Program.
Dr. Farmer has authored and contributed to several scientific articles and is a certified holistic health coach having completed training in nutrition and health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Dr. Farmer’s practice is dedicated to a patient focused clinical approach and to the therapeutic use of whole foods and nutrition for wellness and disease prevention.
