Bio

Dr. Chaikin received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, CA, and completed the fellowship in cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Dr. Chaikin is in the private practice of cardiology in Los Angeles. At Century City Hospital in Los Angeles herserved as the Medical Director of the cardiac non-invasive lab and the coronary and intensive care unit; Chief of the Cardiology Division; and Chief of Medical Staff.

Dr. Chaikin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. From 1991 to 1995 he served as the Clinical Chief of the Division of Chemical Dependency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
