Bio
Dr. Padmanabhan graduated from the armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India and had a year of rotating internship at the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India. Once he came to the United States, Dr. Padmanabhan did a year of transitional Internship at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI and completed M.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the UC San Diego, in La Jolla, CA. Subsequently, he completed residency in Internal Medicine at the Loma Linda University Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA and fellowship in Cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA. During his residency and fellowship in Los Angeles, he also obtained a Master in Public Health degree.
He spent two years at N.I.H. Bethesda. M.D. as a fellow in Cardiac MRI and also obtained training in Cardiac CT at the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.
Currently, he is Chief of Cardiology at the Franklin Square Hospital, Baltimore, MD and Director of Cardiovascular MRI and CT at the Chesapeake Cardiology associates, Baltimore, MD.
He spent two years at N.I.H. Bethesda. M.D. as a fellow in Cardiac MRI and also obtained training in Cardiac CT at the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.
